If I am transferring to NPC from another practice , what is the process?
You will need to come to NPC or your Primary Physician and sign a release form for Medical Records.  
When can I set  up an appointment once I become established to your practice? 
We will see you for a Sick appointment that same day ( if available appointment) . We will schedule your child a Physical once we have received Medical Records from the previous Provider.
What do I need to do if I have a child that becomes sick after you are closed?
You will call our main number 336-789-6267 and you will be connected to Call – A Nurse. If it is during the week they have the capability to give you an appointment for the next morning.
If my child is admitted to Northern will one of your Physicians be taking care of my child? Yes.
If I am transferring from your Practice to another practice is there a cost for my Medical Records? Yes
How long can I expect to wait if I request my Medical Records?  3-5 Business days
Does your Providers require my child be vaccinated?
Our Providers do suggest that all children be vaccinated but that is patients’ rights , you can sign a refusal of.
