  1. Long term effects of acid reflux (heartburn), strictures of the esophagus requiring dilation, and prevention of esophageal cancers through directed esophagus screening

  4. Stomach Cancer
  5. Unexplained Anemia
  6. Celiac Disease
  7. Chronic Upper Abdominal Pain
  8. Placement of Permanent Feeding Tubes
